Shipping Policy

Curated Street currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, sales, or high order volume.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Curated Street is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All sales are final. Please review all product details, photos, measurements, and condition descriptions before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello.curatedstreet@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
